| 摘 要： | 班主任工作是做好学生工作的决定因素之一。班主任要对学生的日常行为进行必要而合理的诱导,使学生从心理上承认班主任的领导地位。这就要在学生心中建立一定的威信,而威信的建立也就是心理诱导的形成。
