| 摘 要： | 目前高职院校文秘专业人文素质教育未受到足够重视,主要是受＂唯专业教育论＂观念的影响,也是＂2＋1＂办学模式下的无奈之举。文秘专业加强人文素质教育非常必要,应从树立全新观念、精心设置课程、依托地方文化、提升教师人文素养、营造校园文化氛围等方面进行改革,从而推进人文素质教育。

| Abstract: | At present,the humanitstic quality education of secretarial major of higher vocational colleges isn＇t given due attention.That is mainly because of the influence by the concept of＂Theory of Profession Education Only＂and also a reluctant choice under the＂2 ＋ 1＂educating mode.It is necessary to enhance humanistic quality education of secretarial major,which calls for innovations in five respects：establishing new concepts,setting up courses elaborately,relying on local culture,enhancing the humanistic quality of teachers and creating a good atmosphere for campus culture in order to promote the humanistic quality education, |
