摘    要:汉代的官吏选用制度是汉朝地主阶级为适应封建统治需要而逐步建立和发展起来的一种选拔统治人才的政治制度,包括察举、征辟、任子、考试、功次、赀选等。这种选官制度有利于吸纳各类人才,但亦存有积弊。

Abstract:The article makes a probe into government officials electing and appointing system in Han Dynasty which includes recommending system, appointing system, inheriting tides from the ancestors, getting a position according to contribution to the country and offering financial sponsor to the government. The Landlord class of Han Dynasty gradually develops this system in order to adapt the need of feudal rule. Meanwhile, the article makes an analysis of the disadvantage of the system.
