矿场往复泵活塞结构研究

摘    要:指出了目前矿场往复泵活塞寿命太短的主要原因,并对活塞的使用工况、结构特点及材料性能进行了分析研究.提出了往复泵活塞的四种破坏形式:刺漏、啃伤、机械疲劳和热疲劳.采取改进结构、材料及工况三条措施,研制成功了一种新型活塞,将活塞寿命从20多小时提高到180h.

Abstract:Main reasons of short service life of the piston in reciprocating pump operated in the mine at present are pointed out. Operation regime, configurational peculiarities, and the materials used of the piston are investigated analytically. Four types of damages of the piston-thorn-leakage, nibbling, mechanical fatigue, and thermal fatigue are advanced. A new piston with improved construction, material, and operation regime is successfully developed which can increase service life of the piston from about 20 hours upto 180 hours.
