| 摘 要： | 基于对湖北省旅游景区发展现状的分析,采用实证研究的方法,对湖北省49个旅游景区的开发与管理状况进行了深入调查,得出管理体制不顺、旅游要素不均衡、景区周边环境不协调、旅游文化特色不突出等4个研究结论,并从社区参与、要素配置、两权分离3个方面提出了对策和建议.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the tourism resort in Hubei province, the paper makes a survey on the management of 49 tourism resorts with the empirical methodology. The results are unsuitable management system, disproportion of tourist essentials,out of line of surroundings and inconspicuous cultural feature in tourism resorts, Finally the paper gives suggestions on community participation, essential distribution and authorization. |
