| 摘 要： | 以某货车厂研制的新型4D轴货车焊接整体构架为研究对象,在ANSYS9.0有限元软件中建立完整的构架三维模型,根据UIC510-3规程,分析计算构架的应力分布情况、评估其疲劳强度,得出疲劳薄弱区.采用子模型技术,对疲劳薄弱区的焊接细节结构进行热点应力分析,进一步评价构架的疲劳强度.通过动应力实测编制疲劳薄弱区的应力谱,由S-N曲线和Miner累积损伤法则,预测构架的疲劳寿命.
