| 摘 要： | 基础生物化学是生物科学的一门基础实验性学科,随着生物化学技术的迅速发展,这门学科渗透到生命科学的各个领域,成为其它实验性学科和专业的基础学科,基础生物化学在现代基础学科发展中的地位越来越重要.从玉林师范本科生的实际情况出发,本人整合了基础生物化学的实验教学课程方案,在实验教学中着力培养学生的实验思维能力和综合实践能力,为进一步提高生物化学实验课的教学质量,培养具有实践能力和创新能力的人才创造有利条件,并打下坚实的基础。

| Abstract: | Basic Biochemical Experiment is a basic experimental subject for life sciences.With the rapid development of modern biochemical technology,it already penetrates all areas of life sciences and also becomes the basic course of others experimental subjects and specialties.Basic Biochemical Experiment becomes more and more important in the development of modern basic subject.Based on the current situation of students in Yulin Normal University,we compile the experimental teaching procedure.By the way of experimental teaching,we focus on the training of students＇ experimental thinking and comprehensive practical ability in order to improve the quality of experimental teaching and establish the base for training talents with practical ability and innovative ability. |
