| Abstract: | The paper describes the definition, basic principle, method and characteristic Of 6sigma. discusses deeply the validity of 6sigma for quality control of product, and presents some examples to explain the decrease of the product DPMO by 6sigma. The auxiliary application of MINITAB software is also given. |
