| 摘 要： | 以贵阳市城区普通商品高层住宅为研究对象,在确立区位决定房价的研究前提下,对样本数据进行正态分布和空间自相关性检验后,采用普通Kriging方法,运用ArcGIS9.2绘制房价等值线图,直观反映地贵阳市城区普通商品住宅价格空间分布差异性。研究表明:房价呈现空间分布不平衡,中心区高,东部比西部高,南部比北部低;房价等值线由峰值区向四周递减的过程中,出现了多个次峰值区,由中心向四周递减的幅度不一致,市中心比外围的递减速度快,呈现出一定变异性。
