| Abstract: | Garlic,containing many kinds of organosulfur compounds,trace elements and nutrients essential to human body,is of great value in pharmacology and health care.Cultivation of biological products from garlic,therefore,has broad and hopeful porspects in application.This paper presents in great details the chemicalcompositions and biological activities of garlic,and the present situation and prospects of the cultivation as well as application of garlic products at home and abroad. |
