化学镀镍废液再生利用工艺研究

摘    要:化学镀镍废液因含有大量的亚磷酸盐而报废。本实验采用沉淀法加入可溶性钙去除废液中的亚磷酸盐和硫酸盐;之后加入可溶性氟化物以去除溶液中残余的钙离子。处理后的溶液补充硫酸镍和亚磷酸盐得到再生工作液,再分别用于对铁基体和铝基体施镀,所得镀件的效果良好。

Abstract:Electroless nickel plating liquid become invalid in containing more and more phosphate.In this paper,phosphate and sulphate were eliminateed by precipitating with soluble calcium,and then calcium ion was removed by NaF.By analysing the composition of the treated solution,just the right amount nickel sulphate and inferior phosphate phosphurous were filled into.Finally,the iron and aluminium basebody were plated in it,the result is good.
