移动式单探针诊断空心阴极等离子体的研究

摘    要:利用移动式单探针对不同电源偏压、不同气压以及不同位置的空心阴极等离子体进行了诊断,分析了电压和气压对空心阴极等离子体的影响,并对测量数据中表征等离子体空间电位Vsp的拐点不明显这一现象进行了解释。

Abstract:Diagnosed Hollow Cathode Plasma in different voltage of power supply,different air pressure and different location by moveable single probe;Analyzed the influence of voltage of power supply and air pressure to Hollow Cathode Plasma.At the same time,explained why the inflexion which showed the Plasma Space Potential was not obvious in the datum of measurement.
