摘    要:采用吹吸式酸雾捕集方式和有效的酸雾净化技术,对南昌大洪人管业公司无缝钢管酸洗车间产生的酸雾进行治理,取得了理想的净化效果。处理前车间内和厂房附近酸雾浓度高560 mg/m3,采用吹吸式捕集经填料塔净化吸收后排放,排放口浓度仅为7.01 mg/m3,达到了国家规定的环境排放标准,处理效率达到98.75%。车间内的工作环境也有了明显的改善,浓度仅为0.09 mg/m3。实际运行显示,该净化工艺效果稳定,工艺组合合理,取得了良好的经济和环境效益,具有广阔的工业应用前景。

Abstract:Adopting blowing-sucking and packed-bubble to collect and purify acid-mist in seamless steel pipe vitriol acid-washing plant of Nanchang big flood person pipe Co.,limited company,reached perfect purpose.Before the treatment,the concentration of acid-mist was 560 mg/m3 in the workshop and in the vicinity of the factory buildings.After the treatment,the concentration in the discharge is just 7.01 mg/m3,conform to the national standard critically,the efficiency of the treatment reaches 98.75%.The environmental condition had been to better in the workplace,concentration just 0.09 mg/m3.The results of the running show that the treatment efficiency of the process is stable,the constitute of processes is sensible,obtaining good economic and environment interests.Its future of industrial application is promising.
