W/O乳化液破乳方法及机理研究

摘    要:综述了W/O型乳化液的破乳机理,归纳了各种破乳方法的优缺点,重点分析了物理破乳过程中分散相液滴的受力以及液滴的变形、破裂的临界条件,通过对分散相液滴的受力以及在各种力作用下的变形分析,总结出乳化液分散相液滴的运动和聚集规律。

Abstract:The breakage principle of W/O emulsion was discussed,the advantages and disadvantages of various demulsification methods were summarized.The Stress was analyzed.The deformation and the critical breakage condition of dispersed droplets were studied in detail.
