对我国部分武术运动员职业意识指向的研究

本文运用“运动员职业意识指向问卷表”对我国部分武术运动员进行调查,以了解我国武术运动员的职业意识,探索我国武术运动员的职业意识与职业成就的关系以及不同性别、不同运动年限的武术运动员在职业意识指向上的差异或特点。研究表明,武术运动员职业意识主要指向于竞争型、竞争事业型、事业竞争型、竞争娱乐型、竞争求职型。男女武术运动员在职业意识指向上无较大差异。武术运动员职业意识指向随运动年限的变化呈现一定的特点。竞争型运动员最适合武术运动的要求。

A RESEARCH INTO THE PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATIONS OF SOME CHINESE WU SHU PLAYERS

With the help of a questionaire on the professional orientations of some Chinese Wu ZHU Players. This paper attempts to review the professional consciousnesses of the WU SHU Slayers and examine the differences and respective features of the Players in professional prientations in terms of sex and age,so as to specify the relationship between their professional consciousnesses and their professional achievements. The study shows that their professional orientations can be divided into five types,viz. ,the competitionm,competition - cause, causecompetion, competition - employment,and competition - entertainment types. It turns out that there exists no difference in professional orientations in terms of sex,but the orientations do vary with their sports span being lengthened. The study also shows that Players of the competition type are the most suitable for the Wu ZHU sports activities.
