| 摘 要： | 建设社会主义新农村是我国现代化建设进程中的重大历史任务,也是构建和谐社会的重要一环.结合长期村庄规划建设的工作经验,探讨皖南地区农村的风貌特征,提出皖南地区村庄建设规划的基本原则、途径与策略,从而推动皖南地区新农村建设取得实效.
