摘    要:基于有限元分析技术的优化设计是一种全新的优化技术,其中的有限元分析技术能够满足用户对零部件满应力分布的需要,结构优化技术能够为零部件的设计提供更合理的设计尺寸,用ANSYS软件对模型进行参数化建模、静力学分析、并在此基础上进行多参数同时优化的传统的优化设计方法,可以得到符合工程应力要求的结构模型、合理的结构形式和优化尺寸,实现了结构轻量化的目标,但是却并不一定是最节省材料的优化方法,使其在达到要求性能的条件下,最大限度地减少材料,为了更高效的节省材料,可以采用二次优化方法来解决这个问题。本文通过一个石油机械中马达座的优化例子来说明二次优化方法的优越性,它能有效提高建模速度,提高模型质量,对工程技术人员来说意义十分重大,结果表明,运用ANSYS进行优化设计问题的求解,可以很大程度上减少设计成本,使产品设计更为科学合理。

Abstract:Based on finite element analysis technology to optimize the design is a new technology to optimize. Finite element analysis technology to meet the user parts of the distribution of stress over the needs. Structural optimization technologies for the design of parts and components to provide a more reasonable size design. In its request to meet the performance conditions. Minimize boat load test. By using ANSYS to perform Parametric modeling and static analysis, which then provide basis for multi - parameters optimization, structural model in accordance with engineering stress requirements can be created. It can obtains reasonable structure form and optimal dimension, realizes light weight of the structure. However,this is not the most economical way. In its request to meet the performance conditions,to minimize material. To utilize the material more effectively, quadratic optimization is introduced. The superiority of quadratic optimization is explained in this article. Through a optimization example of motar seat in oil engine,it can effectively improve the modeling of speed, quality model, simplified analysis of the engineering and technical staff with great sigificance. The result indicates that application of ANSYS to optimize design can considerably reduce design costs and makes design more scientific and rational.
