碱回收喷射炉安全的故障树分析

摘    要:本文用故障树分析(FTA)方法研究了WGZ50—12/13型碱回收喷射炉系统的安全问题,建立了喷射炉爆炸原因分析的大型故障树;利用本人编制的计算机程序,进行了现场可靠性数据的统计分析,并完成了故障树的定性和定量评定。其分析与计算结果在实际生产中具有一定的指导意义。同时,本文还对非相干系统理论及方法作了探讨,给出了一套解决非相干系统问题的较程式化的分析过程,具有一定的理论和实际意义。


Fault Tree Analysis for Recovery Boiler Safety
Abstract:In this paper, the safety problem of WGZ50-12/13 black liquor recovery boiler is analysed with FTA. A large-size fault tree concerning the causes of boiler explosion is constructed. Statistical analysis of reliability data for the system is carried out and qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the fault tree is completed through the computer codes. All of codes are programmed by the auther. The results of the analysis and computation are of significance in practice. Otherwise, the theory and methods for non-coherent system are discussed, and a set of analysis procedure is given. All these are of significance in both theory and practice.
