文章针对我国智能建筑的现状,通过分析智能建筑工程建设中存在的主要问题,找出问题产生的原因,提出在智能建筑工程项目中引入专业项目管理公司,代表和协助业主进行全过程的管理工作是解决问题的重要途径,并进一步讨论如何加强对此项工作的宣传和推广以及对此方面专业队伍建设的扶持和鼓励.

Exploration of project management in regard to Chinese intelligent building engineering

The present situation of intelligent buildings in China and the causes of the main existing problems in such project construction are analyzed. It is proposed that the crucial solution is to introduce professional companies of project management into the project so that they can represent and assist the proprietors during the whole managerial process. Some issues concerning the propaganda and promotion of this kind of work and the support and encouraging measures for the construction of the professional team are discussed.
