| 摘 要： | 科学发展观的核心是以人为本,在落实科学发展观的今天,图书馆建设必须始终贯彻以人为本的原则。从图书馆的硬件设施、图书馆的建筑设计、图书馆制度建立及服务手段等方面着手,就图书馆建设如何体现以人为本的原则提出了一些看法。

| Abstract: | The keynote of the scientific concept of development is the humanistic spirit. Today, when the scientific concept of development is carried out, the construction of the library must implement the humanistic principle from beginning to end. Starting from hardware devices, architectural design, system establishment, and service method, etc. of the library, this paper puts forward some opinions on how the construction of the library to externalize the humanistic principle. |
