建筑工程设计风险评价方法的研究

摘    要:建筑工程设计是工程项目建设的核心,工程的主要质量特性由设计文件确定并不可逆转。本文从系统工程理论的角度出发,构建了建筑工程设计风险的评价指标体系,建立了多层次模糊综合评价方法。通过本文方法不仅可以科学、公正、客观地评价建筑工程设计风险的状况,准确地查找隐患和管理缺陷,为设计阶段风险决策提供依据,而且使得建筑工程设计风险管理从事后预防型转变为自主控制型,达到预测、预报、预防的目的,全面提升建筑工程设计质量。

Abstract:Building engineering design is the core of architectural engineering construction, and the primary quality characters are all determined by the design documents and can not be reversed. In this research the risk assessment index system and multi-layered Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of builing engineering design were set up based on the system engineering theory. The result indicated the hidden problems and management defects can be accurately found through this evaluation system. So the risk status of building engineerig design can be scientifically,justly and objectively assessed. The dependence of risk decision in design stage is also provided. Then the ' compensation-after-accident' risk management model of building engineering design can chang into prevention-before-it-happen'type. The quality of building engineering design can be advanced entirely.
