假色槭果实各部位浸提液对白菜种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响

对假色槭种子各部分浸提液的生物活性进行测定,以研究各部分抑制作用的强弱.结果表明:在假色槭种子的果皮、种皮、胚浸提液质量分数较低时,对白菜苗高、根长及简化活力指数影响较小,有的甚至表现出显著的促进作用,随着各部位浸提液质量分数的提高,对白菜的发芽率、苗高、根系生长及简化活力指数的抑制作用变得愈加显著;在各部位浸提液质量分数相同的条件下,对白菜种子萌发及生长抑制影响最大的是胚的甲醇浸提液,果皮和种皮次之.

Effects of Acerpseudo-sieboldianum Seeds Extract on Seeds Germination and Seedling Growth of Brassica campestris

The seed germination rate,seedling height,root length and simplified vigor index were promoted by the extract at its lower concentration but inhibited at its higher concentrations. At lower concentration,the pericarp extract slightly promoted germination,seedling height,simplified vigor index significantly enhanced root length, and the coat extract slightly root length but significantly enhanced germination,seedling height,simplified vigor index. At higher concentration, both seed germination and seedling growth were further inhibited. In the same concentrations,the inhibitory effect of the embryo was relatively strong, the pericarp and the seed coat were relatively weak.
