步进式工件输送机的优化设计

摘    要:根据步进式工件输送机的工艺动作要求,初拟机械系统运动方案,设计了输送机构各构件的运动尺寸.基于虚拟样机技术,应用ADAMS软件对输送机构进行建模、仿真,获得了输送架的速度和加速度测量结果.在对结果进行分析和评估后发现该输送机构虽能满足输送机的主要技术指标,但输送架在输送起始点对工件的撞击较严重.因此,提出了一种改进的输送机构,实现了输送机机械系统运动方案的优化设计.

Abstract:According to the technical motion requirements of stepping workpiece conveyor,the preliminary motion scheme of its mechanical system is drawn up and the kinematic sizes of all components in the conveying mechanism are designed. Based on virtual prototype technology, the conveying mechanism are modelled and simulated by using ADAMS software,the velocity and acceleration measurement results of conveying carriage are obtained. By analyzing and evaluating the results, the conveying mechanism can fulfill the main technical specification of conveyor being designed,but the impact of conveying carriage on workpiece at starting point for conveying is more serious. So,an improved conveying mechanism is proposed and optimal design of mechanical system motion scheme of stepping workpiece conveyor is achieved.
