维生素A和Zn摄入过量对大鼠心脏抗氧化能力的影响

目的探讨维生素A和Zn摄入过量对大鼠心脏抗氧化能力的影响,并为维生素A和Zn的联合补充提供实验室参考依据.方法通过灌胃制成维生素A和Zn摄入过量的大鼠动物模型,同时设立对照组.在实验第4周末处死全部大鼠,制备心脏组织匀浆,测定大鼠心脏、血液抗氧化指标T-AOC,SOD,MDA和GSH-Px,并测定各组大鼠血液成分如血红蛋白含量、血小板含量、胆固醇、甘油三酯水平.应用SPSS 15.0统计软件对其测定结果进行统计分析.结果各实验组大鼠心脏及血液中T-AOC,SOD,MDA和GSH-Px与对照组相比具有统计学意义(P0.05);各实验组与对照组血液成分如血红蛋白、红细胞、血小板含量、胆固醇、甘油三酯水平相比均具有统计学意义(P0.05).结论过量补充维生素A和Zn可降低心脏的抗氧化能力.

Effects of Excessive Vitamin A and Zn on the Antioxidant Capacity of Heart in Rats

Objective To investigate the effects of excessive vitamin A ( VA ) and zinc ( Zn ) intake on the antioxidant capacity in rats ’ heart and blood, and to provide laboratory reference for the upper limit of the combined VA and Zn supplementation. Method The excessive intake rat models were established by intragastric administration of VA and Zn,meanwhile,the control group was set as well. All rats were killed at the end of 4-week experiment to prepare heart tissue homogenate. The antioxidant indexes including T-AOC, GSH-Px, SOD and MDA in heart and blood were determined, and the contents of thrombocyte, hemoglobin, cholesterol and triglycerides in blood were measured as well. Statistical analysis was performed by the application of SPSS15. 0. Results Compared to those in the control group,the contents of T-AOC,SOD,MDA and GSH-Px in heart and blood,and the levels of thrombocyte,hemoglobin,cholesterol and triglycerides in blood in the model group have statistics signifficance ( P<0 . 05 ) . Conclusion Excessive supplementary of VA and Zn can reduce the antioxidant capacity of heart in rats.
