极度稀植条件下菊芋株高与其生物学特性相关性研究

摘    要:采用极度稀植方法,研究菊芋株高对叶片数量、小花数量、块茎数量、叶片生物量、块茎生物量、茎秆生物量、根系生物量等指标的影响,从株高角度为菊芋新品种选育及栽培管理提供参考.结果表明:极度稀植条件下菊芋株高56%集中在200-241cm;块茎个数、块茎生物量、根系生物量、小花生物量和地下生物量均随株高的增加而逐渐增加的变化趋势;整体角度分析株高与各因子之间呈现正相关关系,并且与茎秆生物量、地上生物量之间相关性极显著(P〈0.01);在株高≤200cm条件下,株高与个因子之间表现为负相关关系,其中与茎秆生物量、块茎生物量和地下生物量之间相关性极显著(P〈0.01).

Abstract:The maximum density was used in the experiment to study the influence of height on leaf number, floret number, tuber number, leaf biomass, tuber biomass, stem biomass and root biomass etc. To provide a reference for selecting new breeding and cultivating management of Helianthus tuberous L.. In this research 56% of Helianthus tuberous L. height concentrated in the 200-241 cm under the condition of maximum density planting; The tuber's number and the tuber, root, floret, underground biomass were gradually increased with the increasing of the plant height; The relationship between height and other factors indicated positive correlation, and the relationship with stem biomass and the aboveground biomass was significantly(P 〈0.01);The relationship between height and other factors was negative correlation when the height of Helianthus tuberous L. is less than 200 cm, and the relationship with stem biomass, tuber biomass and underground biomass was significantly(P 〈0.01).
