情景模拟教学法在产科护理实习带教中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨情景模拟教学法在产科护理实习带教中的应用效果.方法:将2013-07~2014-03月106名实习护士按入科先后顺序分为实验组和对照组各53名,对照组采用传统教学方法带教,实验组采用情景模拟教学方法.比较两组出科考试的成绩及护生对带教方法的满意度.结果:实验组与对照组比较,实验组的出科考试成绩显著提高(P〈0.01),对老师带教方法的满意度提高(P〈0.01).结论:情景模拟教学方法可提高实习护生主动学习的兴趣、操作技能,增强服务意识和责任心,提高护生实习的带教效果.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of application of scenario simulation teaching method in obstetric nursing teaching. Methods: From July 2013 to March 2014, 106 practice nurses were divided into an experimental group and a control group by the department-entrance sequence, 53 cases in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method, the experimental group adopted scenario simulation teaching method. The scores of after-department examination and the satisfaction degree of practice nurses to teaching methods of the two groups were compared.Results: The scores of after-department examination and the satisfaction degree of practice nurses to teaching methods in the experimental group both were higher than that of control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion: Scenario simulation teaching methods can improve nursing students' active learning interest, operating skill, service awareness and sense of responsibility, so improve the teaching effect.
