摘    要:针对配电网发生故障后的快速供电恢复需求,提出了一种适应第五代移动通信技术(5th generation mobile communication technology, 5G)的配电网分布式供电恢复策略。该策略通过可靠性模型分析与深度搜索算法为负荷节点发出供电恢复请求提供依据,从而将整个非故障停电区划分为多个独立的转供区域。联络开关节点则根据收到的供电恢复请求集合,以最大范围恢复重要负荷供电为目标,构建转供区域内的负荷优化模型,并将其转换为混合整数二阶锥问题进行求解。停电负荷节点与联络开关节点之间通过多轮信息交换,获得转供区域的供电恢复方案,进而实现整个非故障停电区的供电恢复。最后,通过系统仿真分析,验证了所提分布式供电恢复策略的可行性与有效性。

Abstract:In response to the demand for rapid power supply restoration after the distribution network fails, a distributed power supply restoration strategy for the distribution network adapted to the 5G communication was proposed in this paper. Deep search algorithm and reliability model analysis were used to provide the basis for the load node to send power supply recovery request, and the whole non fault outage area was divided into several independent transfer areas. After the power supply restoration request was collected by the tie switch, the maximum restoration of the important load power supply was taken as the objective to construct the load optimization model in the transfer area, and the model was transformed into a mixed integer second-order cone problem to solve. Through multiple rounds of information exchange between the outage load node and the tie switch node, the power supply restoration scheme of the transfer area was obtained, and then the power supply of the whole non fault outage area was restored. Finally, the results show that the proposed method is feasible and effective.
