摘    要:简述了异戊醛的应用及异丁烯氢甲酰化催化剂的类型.重点研究了异丁烯氢甲酰化反应过程中产生的杂质,如异戊醇、异戊酸、异丁烷等对反应收率、选择性等的影响,得出了杂质的最大允许量(杂质占原料异丁烯质量分数):异戊醇1%、异戊酸1%、异丁烷20%.

Abstract:The applications of isovaleraldehyde and the types of isobutene hydro-formylation catalysts were simply described. The effect of by-products from the hydroformylation of isobutene such as isoamyl alcohol, isovaleric acid, and isobutane, on the yield and selectivity was studied. It was found the mass ratios of isoamyl alcohol to isobutene, isovaleric acid to isobutene, andisobutane to isobutene should be controlled below 1%, 1%, and 20%, respectively.
