| Abstract: | This paper discusses the definition of conception on differentia-based family firms. Referring to Chinese and foreign definitions and related research conclusions, it analyzes the differentia between family and non-family firms from dimensions of ownership and control, governance, culture, and future aim. Then it draws the definitions and builds the conception model of family firms. |
