压电分流阻尼系统的重置开关控制

摘    要:对于具有压电分支电路系统的结构提出一种新颖的重置开关控制方法,建立了基于能量释放的控制律来减小系统的总能量:当电路中电感储存的能量达到最大值时,将电路开关短时断开并释放电感储存的能量,当电路开关再次合上后,电感无能量回传给被控结构,从而减小流入被控结构的能量,保证了控制系统的稳定性.对一个悬臂粱的数值研究表明,重置开关控制方法对结构的振动具有明显的控制效果,而且其抑制脉冲响应的性能要优于被动压电分流阻尼技术,对环境和系统参数变化的敏感性比被动压电分流阻尼技术的小.

Abstract:A novel resetting switching control method for the structure with piezoelectric shunted circuit was proposed, and an energy-release-based control law was created to reduce the total system energy. When the energy stored in the inductor of the shunted circuit reaches maximum, the circuit is briefly switched off, and the energy stored in the inductor is released. When the circuit is switched on again, no energy in the inductor is transferred into the controlled structure to ensure the stability of the control system. The numerical results and analysis for a cantilever beam show that the proposed control method can suppress the structure vibration effectively. Compared with the passive piezoelectric shunt damping technique, the resetting switching control is verified to be more effective for suppressing the pulse response and less sensitive to changes of environment and system parameters.
