矸石直接充填及其效益分析

摘    要:常规开采在地面堆积矸石山的同时引起开采沉陷.二者严重危害环境,并给煤矿本身和社会带来一系列问题.为此,提出了一条洁净开采途径,即矸石不出井直接充填井下.这样做,既可以消除矸石山,又可以减少开采沉陷.经分析,环境效益、经济效益、社会效益显著.建议尽快采取措施试验推广.井下矸石直接充填有利于可持续发展.

Abstract:The conventional mining causes the mining subsidence and at the some time a refuse heap arises on the ground. Both con harm the environment seriously, and give the coal mine itself and society a series of problems. To solve the problems, a way of the clear mining is put forward, that is, the refuse is not taken out of a coal mine and immediately stowed underground. The way makes the refuse heap disappear and the mining subsidence decrease. Through analyses, its environmental benefits, economic benefits and social benefits are notable. The proposal is to take measures, and test and popularite it. To stow the refuse Underground immediately is of benefit to sustainable development.
