| 摘 要： | 应用型法学教育人才培养模式，要求法学教师具有较强的应用法学能力，然而，现有的师资该方面能力普遍较低，应通过提高教师队伍的素质，优化应用型师资队伍，增强人才培养实效性等途径予以解决。

| Abstract: | The fostering pattern of application - orientated law teachers requires that law teachers should have strong ability of applying laws. However, the present law teachers are generally poor in this aspect. We should improve the teachers＇quality, optimize the teach- ing staffs and reinforce the effect of fostering talents. |
