高锰钴土矿中钴的浸提工艺

摘    要:研究了高锰钴土矿中钴的浸提工艺,在酸性条件下,以SO2作还原剂,通过单因素条件试验,得到最佳浸出工艺条件.最佳浸出工艺为:二氧化硫用量为200 mL/min,温度为60℃,液固比(L/S)为4∶1,浸出时间为4 h,浓硫酸溶液的体积比为:V(浓硫酸)∶V(水)=1∶200,该条件下钴的浸出率为:96.8%.

Abstract:In the report, the processing method of recovering cobalt from high-manganese-cobah ore was opti- mized. With SO2 as reductive agent in acid environment, a series of experiments was performed to obtain the op- timum processing conditions, which are as described as follows : adding SO2 200mL/min, temperature at 60℃, ratio of liquid to solid(L/S) at 4: 1, 4h processing time, 2.0mL concentrated sulfuric acid dissolved in 400mL water. Under these conditions, the yield of cobalt attained 96.8%.
