二苯甲酮敏化的3,4-聚异戊二烯光交联反应的非环化非降解过程研究

摘    要:人们在对聚二烯烃类化合物进行研究的过程中,发现当对这些化合物加热、辐照γ射线或用化学方法处理时,它们在交联的同时,总伴随着大分子的降解和环化过程[1].为此Raven[2]、Okamoto[3]和Golub[4]等曾提出三种不同的机理进行解释.本文用IR、NMR和化学分析等方法,证明了二苯甲酮敏化的3,4-聚异戊二烯的光交联反应并不伴随着环化过程;光照前后二苯甲酮敏化的3,4-聚异戊二烯的GPC测定也证实了其分子量分布并未发生变化.因此该体系的光交联是一个非环化、非降解反应.

Abstract:It was found that the photocrosslinking reaction of benzophenone-sensitized 3, 4-polyisoprene was an uncyclized process by means of IR, NMR and chemical analysis.The measurement of GPC proved that the molecular weight distribution of benzophenone-sensitized 3, 4-polyisoprene which was irradiated by an 80 W high pressure Hg lamp was the same as unsensitized 3, 4-polyisoprene.The conclusion therefore, is that the photocrosslinking reaction of this system was an uncyclized and undegraded process.
