摘    要:以MS为基本培养基,研究不同激素对紫花苜蓿2号愈伤组织的诱导效果,筛选出最佳诱导愈伤组织培养基;以茎尖、茎段及叶片作为外植体,确定了叶片作为紫花苜蓿组织培养的最佳外植体;在1/4、1/3及2/3 3种不同海水培养基上分别诱导出紫花苜蓿耐盐愈伤组织,继代培养后得到不同耐盐程度的新株系,移栽后得到完整植株.

Abstract:The effects of different plant hormones on the alfalfa callus induction were investigated with MS as the basic culture medium.Consequently,the best culture medium for callus induction was selected out.Compared with stem tine and stem section,lamina was the best explant for alfalfa tissue culture.The callus of alfalfa which was induced from the medium containing 1/4,1/3,or 2/3 of natural seawater was successfully regenerated and transferred into the soil.
