| Abstract: | Under the current situation,the scientific periodical that wants to exist and develop in the intensive competition must make great efforts to mould its own personality and highlight its own characteristics.This paper expounds some principles that should be followed in modeling the personality of sci-tech periodical,which including the rationalized thinking,internationalized visual angle,specialized innovation,differential treatment,and stereoscopic expression,etc. |
