面向服务工作流技术在合同审核中的应用研究

传统的工作流技术局限于当时的业务需求和技术水平,已不能满足当今业务过程管理的需要。企业运营过程中重要的合同审核业务流程仍由合同管理人员操作完成,浪费人力物力的同时易造成信息传递不及时、不准确,极大影响了企业运作。本文利用面向服务工作流技术解决传统工作流的局限性,并将面向服务的工作流技术应用在合同审核业务中,规范了合同审核的过程,避免了人为干预,实现了合同审核在各系统间的自动传递。

Application Research of Service-oriented Workflow Technology in Contract Management System

The traditional workflow which was confined to the business requirements and technical standards at that time is no longer matching the needs of business process management now. In the process of enterprises operating the flow of contract review business is still finished by the person who is in charge of the contract with the waste of manpower and material, at the same time, also making the transmission of information not timely and accurate. That greatly affects the operation of enterprises. The paper makes use of the service-oriented workflow technology to solve the limitations of traditional workflow and apply the service-oriented workflow technology in the contract review business. Standardize the process of the contract review,avoid human intervention, and realize the antomatic transmission of the contract review among the systems.
