| 摘 要： | 本文先介绍了混杂控制理论及基于这个理论的AVC系统总体方案,然后以中山电网运行的基于一体化SCADA/EMS平台的电压无功优化闭环控制系统（AVC）为例,论述了这种地区电网无功优化闭环控制的新的有益模式。
