摘    要:建立舒血宁注射液中黄酮和萜类内酯的含量测定方法。采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱:依利特C18(150 nm×4.6 nm,5μm);流动相分别为甲醇-0.4%磷酸溶液(47∶53)、四氢呋喃-甲醇-水(3∶7∶17);流速分别为0.8 mL.min-1、0.5 mL.min-1;检测器分别为紫外检测器(检测波长360 nm)、示差检测器;柱温均为45℃.结果3种黄酮和4种内酯均能达到较好的分离效果,线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.68%,99.14%,97.82%,98.99%,98.30%,99.37%,98.10%,RSD分别为0.87%,1.21%,0.94%,0.55%,0.83%,0.88%,1.22%,精密度良好。该方法灵敏、准确、专属性强,可作为银杏叶注射剂的质量控制的有效方法。

Abstract:To establish a method for determining the flavonoids and terpene lactones in Shuxuening injection by HPLC.HPLC,column: Hypersil ODS(150 nm × 4.6 nm,5 μm);mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid(47∶53),tetrahydrofuran-methanol-water(3∶7∶17);flow rate was 0.8 mL·min-1,0.5 mL·min-1;the detector were UV detector(detection wavelength was set at 360nm),the differential detector;the column temperature were 45 ℃.RESULTS: The three kinds of flavonoids and four kinds of lactone were able to achieve better separation efficiency,good linearity,the average recoveries were 98.68%,99.14%,97.82%,98.99%,98.30%,99.37%,98.10%,RSD were 0.87%,1.21%,0.94%,0.55%,0.83%,0.88%,1.22%,were also good.CONCLUSION: The method is sensitive,accurate,specific,and can be used for the quality control for the injection.
