煤矿井下履带车辆转向阻力矩的计算

摘    要:应用摩擦理论,根据履带与驱动轮、导向轮、支重轮和托链轮以及履带运动的不均匀性等造成的阻力,推导了履带行走时的内摩擦阻力矩;然后根据路面对履带的运行阻力、不稳定运行时的惯性阻力、转向阻力等,推导了履带转向时的外摩擦阻力矩;得出了一套适用于井下履带车辆转向阻力矩的计算公式。为煤矿井下履带车辆的设计计算提供了理论依据。

Abstract:Through frictional theory this paper pointed out inner frictional resistance moment of track moving,according to resistance moment of track,driving wheel,directive wheel,supporting wheel,support-chain wheel and resistance moment of the track movement's non-uniformity.Then according to running resistance moment between road surface and track,inertial resistance moment of nonsteady movement and resistance moment of turning,the external frictional resistance moment of track turning is deduced.A calculation formula of turning resistance moment for tracked vehicle in coal mine underground is obtained,which provides a theoretic method for the design calculation of track vehicle in coal mine underground.
