正确处理农村社会矛盾,推进社会主义新农村建设

目前农村还存在大量新的社会矛盾,制约农业和农村的发展,并影响社会主义新农村建设。建设社会主义新农村,不仅要重视和研究农村社会矛盾,而且必须正确处理农村社会矛盾。要加快农村经济发展;统筹城乡社会发展;树立科学发展观;加强精神文明建设;提高干部素质,改进干部作风的方法来解决好农村社会矛盾,推进社会主义新农村建设。

To Handle Correctly the Social Contradictions in Countryside and Carry the Construcfion of New Socialist Villages to a New Stage

At present a lot of new social contradictions exist in our countryside.There contradictions restrict the development of agriculture and rural areas and interfere the construction of new socialist villages.To build new socialist villages,we must not only attach importance to and study the social contradictions in countryside but also correctly handle them.So we should speed up the development of rural economy,plan as a whole the social development in town and country,establish the idea of scientific development,strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization,enhance the rural cadres' quality and improve their styles of work to handle better the social contradictions and carry the building of new socialist villages to a new stage.
