| 摘 要： | 用差异序列聚类算法分析了上海四膜虫三株克隆间期细胞大核ＤＮＡ含量变动规律，讨论了调节大核ＤＮＡ量在一定阈值内的可能机制，说明序列类算法具有普遍的生物学意义。

| Abstract: | The diversity sequence clustering algorithm was used to analysis regulation of macromuclear DNA amount of the cells during vegetative growth of three strain clone of T.Shanghaiensis . The mechanism of regulating the threshold value of macronuclear DNA amount is discussed. Our results show that the diversity sequence clustering algorithm has a general biological significance. |
