| 摘 要： | 通过凉山州自然保护区现状、存在的及亟待解决的问题研究，提出加强保护区建设与管理对策：加大宣传力度，实现齐抓共管；强化保护手段，完善保护设施，提高管理水平；发展经济，变被动为主动；加强科研管理、加强广泛联系、促进保护事业；推广社区林业经营管理理念和模式。

| Abstract: | By means of the research of present situation and problems of natural reserves in Liangshan, to present construction and managing countermeasures of natural reserves: to strengthen propaganda and come true management together; to intensify protective means, perfect protective installations and improve managing level. to develop economics and change passive action into active action; to strengthen management of scientific research and connection widely; to promote protective career and expand ideas and models of management on forestry management. |
