| 摘 要： | 市场经济的发展,毕业生就业制度向“双向选择,自主择业”的改革,使用人单位对大学毕业生的素质要求越来越高,不仅要有专业素质,还要其他方面的相关素质。对此,高校必须改变传统的知识教育模式,全面实施素质教育,提高毕业生的综合素质。
