中国市场经济体制的建立，经济的快速发展，经济实力的增强对文化软实力的增强要求日益迫切，文化产业化的进程不断加快．高校主办的学报的效益并不直接以文化产品来体现出来，而是间接通过在学报发表的科研成果，被应用于人类社会实践，对人类的智慧具有启迪和提高的作用，帮助人们把握事物的规律，形成科学的认识在这种认识上获得新的飞跃的基础上，再投身于实践活动，从而推动了社会进步，给社会带来巨大的经济效益．

Reconsideration of Higher Institution Learned Journal Efficiency in the Background of Cultural Industrialization
