滤食性鲢鱼对浮游甲壳动物群落影响的实验研究

摘    要:采用围隔实验的方法研究滤食性鲢鱼对浮游甲壳动物群落的影响。实验设置4个鲢鱼生物量水平;0(无鱼),116(低密度)、176(中等密度),316(高密度)g/m^2。枝角类和剑水蚤的生物量在无鱼围隔中显著较高,而哲水蚤的生物量在低密度围隔中显著较高,研究表明:滤食性鲢鱼的捕食,能有效抑制技角类和剑水蚤的生长;哲水蚤具有较强的逃避滤食性鱼类捕食的能力,但在高水平的捕食压力下,滤食性链鱼仍然能够有效抑制哲水蚤的生长。

Abstract:Enclosure experiment is carried out to study impacts of filter-feeding silver carp on crustacean community. Four fish levels are set as following: 0 (NF), 116 (LF), 176 (MF) and 316 (HF) g m-2. Biomass of cladoceran and cyclopoids are significantly higher in NF enclosure, while calanoid biomass were significantly higher in LF enclosure. The study indicates that cladoceran and cyclopoids can be effectively depressed by predation of filter-feeding silver carp, and calanoids can be depressed by high pressure predation of filter-feeding silver carp despite relative high evasive probability of calanoid.
