小麦—黑麦代换系杂交后代染色体行为的研究

摘    要:利用小麦—黑麦5R/5A代换系和6R/6A代换系杂交,观察F2代的减数分裂行为,在减数分裂中期Ⅰ出现单价体、多价体,后期Ⅰ出现染色体桥,后期Ⅱ出现落后染色体等异常现象.在F3代有丝分裂中期观察到染色体断片,并通过染色体C-分带技术,检测出5RS.5AS易位,5BS.5AS易位.说明小麦—黑麦双代换系间杂交后代减数分裂时期的染色体特殊行为是形成染色体易位的重要细胞学基础.

Abstract:Observation of the chromosomal behavior in second filial generation during meiosis is made on the hybrid of wheat-rye 5R/5A substitution line and 6R/6A substitution line.Univalents and multivalents in metaphase Ⅰare observed.Both chromosomal bridges in anaphase Ⅰand lagging chromosomes in anaphaseⅡ are also observed.In third filial generation chromosomal fragments exist in metaphase of mitosis.5RS·5A translocation and 5BS·5AS translocation are examined via C-banding.The results show it is crucial cellular foundation of chromosomal translocation that the chromosomal abnormal behavior exits during meiosis unphase on the hybrid of wheat-rye dual-substatution line.
