摘    要:过站航班地面保障运行效能评估是提高机场和航空公司运行效率和决策能力的关键问题之一。考虑到过程的复杂性和特殊性,建立了过站航班地面保障运行指标体系,结合熵权法设计了时变协同熵权法。根据运行指标体系的分层结果,提出了一种过站航班地面保障运行效能动态评估方法。使用国内某枢纽机场实际运行数据验证分析,针对某航班保障过程的关键节点实现客观实时评估。通过与熵权法和经典方法的对比实验,表明综合评估结果更能反映过站航班地面保障实际运行情况。

Abstract:The evaluation of the effectiveness of ground service for transit flights is one of the key issues in improving the operating efficiency and decision-making capability of airports and airlines. Considering the complexity and particularity of the process, the operational indicator system for transit flights ground service is established and a time-varying cooperative entropy weight method is designed based on the entropy weight method. According to the layered results of the operational indicator system, a dynamic operational effectiveness assessment method of ground service for transit flights is proposed. Using the actual operation data verification analysis of a hub airport in China, an objective real-time assessment is performed for the key nodes of a certain flight ground service. Through contrast experiments with the entropy-weighted method and the classical method, it is shown that the comprehensive evaluation results can better reflect the actual operation of ground service for the over the station flight.
