摘    要:联合作战与体系对抗是现代战争的重要发展趋势,在体系作战中武器投产、配置以及使用对战局的胜败至关重要。系统组合选择是从“系统”角度对待投产武器系统、待配置武器系统以及列装武器系统进行选择,力求找到能发挥最大军事价值的系统组合方案。首先,介绍了系统组合选择的概念以及主要问题,细致分析了系统组合选择问题的核心元素,明确了系统组合选择的流程;然后,论述了武器系统组合选择问题中所涉及到的军事特征和问题的本质,介绍了解决此类问题的技术方法,并给出一个方法应用示例;此外,探讨了军事领域组合选择的应用与发展;最后,分析和论述了未来武器装备组合选择面临的挑战。

Abstract:In modern warfare, joint operations and counterwork of system of systems are key development trends. It is essential to invest in weapons production, resources configuration and use of weapon in modern operations. The system portfolio selection is to select the producing, deploying and installed weapon systems from the “system” perspective and it purpose is striving to find a portfolio option that can maximize the military value. Firstly, this study introduces the basic concepts of system portfolio selection and gives the core elements and the basic process of portfolio selection. Secondly, the military characteristics and the problem essence of the weapon system portfolio selection are analyzed and the technical methods are introduced to solve these problems. In addition, a case of method application is presented. Then, the application and development of the combination selection in the military are discussed. Finally, the possible challenge of portfolio selection is analyzed and discussed in military application in the future.
