| 摘 要： | 以三个理论为基础结合数字信号的完备和超完备表述的优点,提出了一种新的压缩编码方法,并使用数据重排的策略提升了压缩结果.在人脸图像数据集上的实验,验证了理论推断.相比传统的超完备表述方法,该方法在PSNR和压缩时间上都有了更好的表现.

| Abstract: | Based on three theorems a new method combining the merits of complete and overcomplete coding approaches was proposed.The strategy of data rearranging was also used to boost the coding behavior.The method's validity is proved by applying in face images compression.Compared with the traditional compression method,the algorithm earns a better PSNR performance and consumes less time at coding/decoding steps. |
